Advantages
of this tool:
Manage your email
marketing efforts quickly and easily by using your
preexistent Orphea user list without worrying about user access
rights.
Deliver visual content
directly to your clients' inboxes without sending large files.
Mail is sent as small web pages that download the low-res
images from your web site.
Remove a few steps
for your clients. The mailing tool allows recipients to directly
download images without ever having to log onto the Orphea
site (provided you have granted them the right to download).
Track the impact
of your email marketing. Orphea's web log records and flags
the connections and downloads that occur as a result of client
click-throughs from the email.
Your Orphea web site lets your
clients search for and locate images on your web site. The Orphea
Emailing add-on tool completes the solution by letting you send
images directly to your clients. They immediately view the low-res
images you send and quickly and easily access the high-res images
they are interested in.
How
Orphea Emailing Add-On Works:
1.
You select an Orphea lightbox
to send from your Orphea DAM database.
2.
Customize the email to be sent using
the templates (thumbnail that will show in the mail,
the text to be displayed such as caption copyright and
title).
3.
Choose users or user groups from
the user list in your Orphea database.
4.
The mail is sent to these users.
It includes a customized page (thumbnails and text)
with or without certain options -- depending on each
user's rights -- such as the viewing of zooms and
the downloading of high-res images (without necessarily
having to log in to the web site).
5.
The template set-up that you save
may be reused for other mailing efforts. All you have
to do is create a new mail and choose a different
lightbox to send.
